Our well-known established client is seeking to add 3 Administrative Assistants who will report directly to the Client Services Manager providing administrative support to legal teams, assisting in general clerical activities such as scanning, filing, faxing, and documentation.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting in projects related to daily practices, creating, and locating electronic and paper files for new cases, creating corresponding labels, preparing shipping labels and letters, collate packets for both internal teams and clients, preparing reports and performing audits to ensure data quality, and assisting with basic IT setup for new and existing employees.
We are seeking someone with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Attention to detail with accuracy, Strong verbal and written communication, Excellent customer service, and ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
Qualifications are 1+ years of experience in an office environment and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
