Executive Assistant – Uptown, Dallas

We have a client located in uptown Dallas that is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. This role is a Direct Hire, in – person opportunity with will take initiative to be a leader, provide structure and guidance for the c-suite level executives.


  • Point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and guests
  • Calendar management and scheduling through outlook
  • Provide communication for internal and external through memos, emails, presentations, and reports
  • Manage and maintain the office needs including break room and supplies
  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook


  • 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting Executives directly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fully vaccinated to work at the office
  • Office management experience a plus
  • Degree strongly preferred
