We are a Global client in need of an Office Services Coordinator that will be responsible for supporting company members, work closely with the administrative and Human Capital Management teams. The Office Services Coordinator is a Direct Hire role, with outstanding benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Gym discounts, and a 401K option!

 Core Responsibilities

  • General executive assistant duties including calendar administration, travel management (domestic and international), greet guests, maintain phones, coordinate meetings, and expense reports
  • Liaison for external vendors and business contacts
  • Coordinate office events, catering for meetings and setup/breakdown of conference room
  • Assist with interview coordination and greet guests
  • Handle invoices, fundraising presentations and more

  • 3 – 4 years of office experience required
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite of software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
