Office Services Coordinator
Our global client needs an Office Coordinator and Front Desk Support is responsible for supporting team members. The position will work closely with the global administrative team and the Human Capital Management team. The Office Coordinator and Front Desk Support position is a Direct Hire role, our client offers great benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Gym discounts, and a 401K option.
Core Responsibilities
- General executive assistant duties including calendar administration, travel management (domestic and international), greet guests, maintain phones, coordinate meetings, and expense reports
- Liaison for external vendors and business contacts
- Coordinate office events, catering for meetings and setup/breakdown of conference room
- Assist with interview coordination and greet guests
- Handle invoices, fundraising presentations and more

Preferred
- 3 – 4 years of office experience required
- Financial services experience preferred
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite of software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
