Our client based in Dallas is adding (2) two new Payroll Administrator. This is a role will develop overtime and is a temp to hire opportunity with a great company! Our client is 100% on site Monday – Friday and has great benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll specialist/coordinator position working directly with the Accounting Manager.
  • Assist with processing weekly payroll for 500+ travel nurses.
  • Verify data on timecards and hours worked are accurate, this is a high priority for this role.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Beginner to intermediate Excel skills & computer savvy, will learn accounting software for data/payroll.
  • Other tasks will be developed as this role progresses.
