Three Point Search is seeking to fill 8 recruiter positions. We have recently acquired a new client that is expanding rapidly! The Recruiter will support the hiring a real estate company’s new ventures. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, results-oriented, and has a consultative point of view when it comes to recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Utilize software and direct sourcing to attract mortgage sales and operational roles candidates that will be successful within the company.
- Pre-screen candidates to determine whether or not they are a good culture fit.
- Pro-active about organization, procedures, and follow-through.
- Advise hiring leaders on talent, use data to create change, create effective recruiting processes and procedures, and perform consistently.
Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience for either mortgage or title and escrow companies.
- A strong history of providing excellent results and the ability to positively influence leaders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to see the “big picture” and experience in creating successful recruiting and business strategies.
- Able to successfully collaborate with peers and leaders alike.
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Confident in the knowledge of recruiting tools and systems.
- Ability to equally advocate for candidates as well as advise business leaders.
- Demonstrate personal resilience and adapt quickly.
