Recruiter

We have an amazing client in Downtown Dallas that is added a Recruiter to their team! They are a leader in their industry and have a great culture. The Recruiter works directly with Human Resources and has responsibilities listed below:
Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, schedule, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve time to hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Create appealing job descriptions for hiring managers.
  • Create content for job postings and post on multiple formats to draw in talent.
  • Source candidates via various methods; social media, events, networking etc.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain a full desk.
  • Maintain, manage, and update ATS throughout recruitment lifecycle.
Skills:
  • MUST have experience and proven recruiting skills
  • Corporate high volume recruiting experience is a PLUS
  • Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
  • Knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple requisitions
