We have an amazing client in Downtown Dallas that is added a Recruiter to their team! They are a leader in their industry and have a great culture. The Recruiter works directly with Human Resources and has responsibilities listed below:
- Source, screen, schedule, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to improve time to hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate.
- Create appealing job descriptions for hiring managers.
- Create content for job postings and post on multiple formats to draw in talent.
- Source candidates via various methods; social media, events, networking etc.
- Schedule interviews and maintain a full desk.
- Maintain, manage, and update ATS throughout recruitment lifecycle.
- MUST have experience and proven recruiting skills
- Corporate high volume recruiting experience is a PLUS
- Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
- Knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple requisitions
