With more than a decade working at a local Dallas employment firm where she held Top Producer status over the span of her career, Caonha knows what truly drives successful placements – and it’s not a computer skill set calculation. It’s how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them. Since beginning her career Caonha has become a wife and mother, which has given her a new perspective and purpose in life. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people and wants to ensure that job-seekers are setup for success and happiness.

Fun Fact: Caonha’s two children, Cole and Fitz, are named after the local Dallas cross streets; Cole Ave and Fitzhugh Ave where she purchased her first condo and met her husband who lived three doors down.
