Marketing and Advertising Manager

We have an opening for a Marketing and Advertising Manager based in the heart of Arlington, Tx. This direct hire opportunity is 100% on-site working with multiple teams within the marketing sector.   • Serve as the marketing lead for all marketing requests from designated stakeholders as assigned
  • Proficiency in communication and gather information necessary to complete projects from due dates to launch dates, budgets, quantities, copy, and collateral
  • Vendor Management: work with our design team to issue RFP’s, review proposals and select vendors; Includes budgets, timelines, and final deliverable are met by all external partners/vendors
  • Project Management: write marketing briefs, create timelines, and work cross functionally to execute projects accurately and on-time
  • Serve as a marketing liaison for projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Responsible for building and maintaining high level stakeholder relationships both internal and external
  • Manage resources, coordinate, and collaborate with other marketing experts and any other internal resources needed to complete a given project
  • Create and maintain weekly project status reports
  • Assist in copywriting, editing and proofreading
  • Assist marketing coordinators and the Director with process development and improvements
  • Work with the Digital and Social Media teams to oversee the design and execution of all paid social media, emails, and web campaigns to promote the brand and increase ticket sales
  • Collaborating with media team/agency on constructing the schedule for live reads and commercial content for rights holder broadcast TV and radio
  • Work with the Ticket Sales team to develop and communicate offers designed to maximize ticket sales
  • Manage annual marketing, sales, and ticket operations calendar
  • Lead weekly sales and marketing meetings with Sales, marketing, and ticket operations teams


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Public Relations preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication both verbally and written
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude, organized, detail, and customer oriented
  • Proficient in MS office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Participate in a cross-functional team and possess strong interpersonal skills
