Senior Accountant

Three Point Search is working with a DFW client in their need for a Senior Accountant. This is a permanent role that is moving quickly.  

General responsibilities include full-cycle general ledger accounting for various areas of the chart of accounts; more specifically: 

• GL maintenance and all aspects of month-end close (JE, reconciliations, variance and other analyses 
• Support preparation of financial statements 
• Liaise with external auditors  
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. 
• Other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.  

Ideal Background:  

• Strong Financial analysis skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 
• 2-5 years’ experience in accounting/finance 
• CPA preferred 
• Experience with financial reporting
